Often we don’t know people behind the emails and issues they help us to solve. We have a team of dedicated people working in our Customer Care department. Today we would like to introduce you to one of our Customer Care representatives – Rafael Viana.
1. What do you do at Omniscriptum?
I am a Customer Service Representative for our Spanish and Portuguese clients. I work with after publication matters, and I provide all the necessary support authors need after the publication. I also work with new authors and help them to fulfill their desire to publish with us.
2. What does your typical day look like?
My day starts just after my first cup of coffee! After that, I check all requests from Customers. I try to provide a solution as soon as possible. Most customers want to have information on current updates – when will they receive their package with books, where it is at the moment. I make sure the parcels our clients’ order gets delivered to them on time.
3. What authors should know about Omniscriptum?
I think authors should know that we know the feeling they have when they realize the dream to publish a book will come true. We love the joy expressed in the conversations with our authors during the publishing process. We appreciate feedback letters that say:
“Thank you so much for realizing my dream,” after the book is published. It makes us OmniScriptum Team, feel such pleasure for doing what we do. We do our best to provide all support.
4. What do you like best about what you do?
I really, really enjoy helping people.
I like to know what happens behind the scenes – all the internal logistics and procedures we do to publish a book. It strengthens my professional and personal growth.
Also, working for OmniScriptum allows me to travel the world and learn from new cultures and to network. That makes me be a better Customer Service Representative and a better person too.

I AM TOTALLY CRAZY ABOUT ALL RELATED TO AVIATION! I LOVE AIRPLANES MORE THEN PIZZA.
