Richard Stanley Philius is a dynamic leader and innovative thinker with a deep passion for creating meaningful change in his community. From a young age, he was drawn to the world of business, driven by a desire to make a positive impact and improve the lives of others. His academic journey began at the primary school level at École Saint-Jean l’Évangéliste, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline and respect for rules. He continued his education at Collège Catts Pressoir, where he excelled in leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship, and developed a love for literature, writing, and philosophy.

Richard pursued higher education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Public Relations at the Centre d’études diplomatiques et internationales, where he engaged with ambassadors, renowned entrepreneurs, and public figures. He holds certifications with honors from several American universities in finance, project management, communication, and psychology.

Professionally, Richard began his career early by founding Fun Vacation Entertainment (2016 – 2020), where he organized events and programs to promote cultural engagement. Since August 2020, he has served as the President and CEO of Young Development Actor’s Organization (2020 – 2025), a non-profit structure dedicated to creating and training development actors for the community. Under his leadership, YDA’s has made a significant global impact. He has also served as the Executive Director and Research & Development Executive at Haiti Global Consulting, and has various volunteer roles, including Artistic Director, Project Manager and Outreach Coordinator. He remains convinced that his experiences are only just beginning and that the road he has to take is still long.

Richard’s key skills include leadership, management, finance, communication, project and program management.
