Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Organizer:

The contest is organized by Omniscriptum, including all its brands, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

2. Campaign Period:

The contest will run from 18th September 2024, 00:00 (GMT), to 30th September 2024, 23:59 (GMT). Any orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the contest.

3. Eligibility:

• This contest is open to all individuals who make an order during the campaign period.

• Each participant is allowed one entry. Multiple orders do not increase the chances of winning.

• The contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Mechanic:

Each person who places an order during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the random draw. No additional steps are required for entry.

5. Prize:

The winner of the random draw will have their book featured as a pinned post on the Organizer’s official social media page for one week. The post will remain pinned for the last week of October 2024.

6. Random Draw:

The random draw will take place on 8th October 2024, and one winner will be selected. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer, and all decisions are final and binding.

7. Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be announced on 9th October 2024 on the Organizer’s official Facebook page.

• The winner’s name and book title will also be listed at the end of these terms and conditions.

8. Prize Fulfillment:

The winner’s book will be featured on the Organizer’s social media as a pinned post from 25th October 2024 to 31st October 2024.

9. Publicity:

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their book and name featured publicly on the Organizer’s social media platforms for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

10. General Terms:

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, without prior notice.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in receiving orders that may affect eligibility.

• By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability:

The Organizer will not be held responsible for any losses or damages, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Winner:

The winner of the contest will be announced on 9th October 2024. Their name will be listed below:
