My most ambitious project was coordinating a publishing initiative across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Juggling legal frameworks, payments, time zones, languages, and cultures, sometimes all in one day, was a challenge, but it made me highly adaptable and confident in running complex, multi-region publishing projects.

From a business development perspective, what matters most is visibility and trust.
A book needs to be easy to find, clearly positioned for its audience, and supported by strong distribution and marketing. Even the best book won’t reach readers if they don’t know it exists or why it matters.

When a situation feels unsolvable, I slow down and step back much like adjusting posture or breathing when a weight feels too heavy. In complex moments, people need clarity and reassurance first. By breaking problems into manageable parts and listening carefully, I help restore confidence, allowing clear and effective decisions to follow naturally.
