Anca Oltean
Anca Oltean, born in 31.05.1977 in the city of Oradea (Bihor County) is graduate of the Faculty of European Studies of the Babeș-Bolyai University in the year 1999 and a graduate of the Faculty of History-Geography, specialization History of the University of Oradea in the year 2002. Presently, she is a research assistant PhD at the University of Oradea, at the Faculty of History, Geography and International Relations, She sustained her PhD Thesis with the title The history of the Jews from Romania and Hungary in the Romanian and Hungarian historical Writing. Her research domain is the history of Jews from Romania and Hungary in the XXth century and European integration. She is the author of the articles Crearea Ligii Națiunilor (The creation of the League of Nations) published in Annals of the University of Oradea Istorie-Arheologie, tome XIII, Editura Universității din Oradea, 2003 ; Romania and the Process of Enlargement of the European Union in the view of Revista 22 between 2000 and 2002, published in the volume The Contribution of Mass Media to the Enlargement of the European Union, edited by Ariane Landuyt, Renaud de la Brosse, Ioan Horga, Bruxelles, 2003 and The reflection of pandemy of Covid 19 in Romania- The journal “Adevărul” and the fight of Romanians for Survival, Central European Politial Science Review, 2022, Fall. In 2015, she published the book Aspects from the history of Jews in Central and Eastern Europe, Scholars’ Press, 2015. In 2016 she published at Presa Universitară Clujeană the book Istoria evreilor din România și Ungaria (1945-1953) în istoriografia română și maghiară. (The History of the Jews from Romania and Hungary (1945-1953) in the Romanian and Hungarian historical writing). And last but not least, the book, Aspects from the history of Jews in Romania and Hungary (1945-1953), Lambert Academic Publishing, 2023.
